Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Uncle Mike's Dream Hunt! By accessing or using our website (unclemikesdreamhunt.com), becoming a member, or participating in our community (collectively, the "S

ervice"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access

the Service. The term "Sponsor," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Mike Petraglia d/b/a Uncle Mike's Dream Hunt, located in Pennsylvania.

2. Membership

Subscription: Access to certain features of the Service requires an active paid membership subscription at the current rate of $10.00 USD per month, billed automatically unless cancelled. Rates are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Billing Cycle: Your membership fee will be charged using the payment method you provide (processed via Stripe or another designated processor) on a recurring monthly basis, typically on the anniversary date of when you originally signed up.

Cancellation & Refunds: You may cancel your membership subscription at any time by emailing your cancellation request to Mike at [email protected]. Cancellations will typically take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. Please note that membership fees are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits will be given for partial months or unused portions of the membership term. (Refund policies are subject to legal review for compliance with consumer protection laws).

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.  

3. Community Guidelines

Purpose: Our online community features are intended for members to share lawful hunting-related experiences, photos, information (like receipts for tracking/community purposes), and engage in respectful discussion related to hunting and the outdoors.

User Conduct: You agree not to use the Service to post, upload, or transmit any content or engage in any conduct that: Is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane, threatening, abusive, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. Violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation (including laws regarding wildlife, hunting, firearms, data privacy, or export control). Infringes upon or violates the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other proprietary rights of others. Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code. Constitutes unsolicited advertising, junk mail, spam, or chain letters. Impersonates any person or entity or falsely states or misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.

Content Rights & Responsibility: You retain ownership of the content you post, but by posting it, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and prepare derivative works of your content solely in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not violate these Terms. You are solely responsible for the content you post.  

Moderation: Sponsor has the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, review, screen, edit, or remove any user content or suspend/terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms or for any other reason, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided content), features, functionality, trademarks, service marks, and logos are and will remain the exclusive property of Sponsor and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPONSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICE'S CONTENT OR THE CONTENT OF ANY SITES LINKED TO THIS SITE AND ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICE, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (IV) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICE, (V) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR SERVICE BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (VI) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICE.

6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SPONSOR, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICE, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR

ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (IV) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM OUR SERVICE, (V) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE, WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR SERVICE BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (VI) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED

AS A

RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE COMPANY IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.  

7. Indemnification You agree to defend,

indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising

out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be commenced and heard exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

You consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

All disputes must be brought on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

9. Modifications to Terms Sponsor reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice (e.g., by posting on the website or via email) prior to the new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.  

10. Privacy Policy Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
