By accessing or using the website unclemikesdreamhunt.com, participating in the online community, purchasing raffle entries, sending TikTok gifts for promotional entries, or otherwise engaging with any services provided by Uncle Mike’s Dream Hunt (collectively referred to as the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
The terms “Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Mike Petraglia d/b/a Uncle Mike’s Dream Hunt, located in Pennsylvania.
2. Eligibility
Participation in raffles, giveaways, promotions, or community features is limited to individuals who:
• Are 21 years of age or older
• Are legally allowed to participate under local, state, and federal laws
• Are legally allowed to receive and possess any prizes awarded
Participants are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
Uncle Mike’s Dream Hunt reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these requirements.
3. Accounts and User Responsibility
Certain features may require account registration.
Users agree to:

Users must notify Uncle Mike’s Dream Hunt immediately if unauthorized account access occurs.

Prizes:
• Are non-transferable
• May not be redeemed for cash unless stated otherwise

If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Firearms, Bows, and Hunting Equipment Prizes
Certain prizes may include firearms, bows, hunting equipment, hunting gear, or related outdoor items.
Firearm Prize Compliance
If a firearm is awarded:
• The firearm will be shipped only to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer
• The winner must complete all required background checks and legal transfer procedures
• The winner must comply with all federal, state, and local firearm laws
If a winner fails a background check or cannot legally receive the firearm, Uncle Mike’s Dream Hunt may:
• Select an alternate winner
• Substitute another prize of equal or lesser value
Firearms will never be shipped directly to individuals.
Hunting Equipment
Recipients of bows, crossbows, or hunting equipment must comply with all applicable hunting laws, licensing requirements, and regulations within their jurisdiction.
6. Hunting Trip Prizes
Some raffles may include guided hunts or hunting trip experiences.
Winners must:
• Possess valid hunting licenses and permits

The number of entries associated with each gift may vary depending on promotional structure.
Promotional or Free Entries
From time to time, Uncle Mike’s Dream Hunt may offer bonus entries or free promotional entries as part of marketing campaigns or community engagement.

8. Platform Disclaimer
TikTok, PayPal, Square, Cash App, and any other third-party platforms used for livestreaming or payment processing are not affiliated with, sponsoring, endorsing, or responsible for Uncle Mike’s Dream Hunt raffles.
Participants acknowledge that:
• TikTok does not sponsor or endorse these raffles
• Payment platforms operate independently
• Uncle Mike’s Dream Hunt is solely responsible for promotion administration and prize fulfillment.
9. Fraud, Abuse, and Chargebacks
Participants agree not to engage in fraudulent activity including:
• Payment fraud
• Chargebacks after receiving raffle entries
• Manipulation of promotional systems
If a participant initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, Uncle Mike’s Dream Hunt may:
• Disqualify the participant
• Cancel associated raffle entries
• Ban the participant from future raffles
• Recover administrative or legal costs associated with the dispute.
10. Drawing Integrity and Random Selection
All raffle winners are selected through a randomized selection process.
Uncle Mike’s Dream Hunt reserves the right to conduct drawings using manual random selection methods, digital randomization tools, or third-party systems.
Participants agree that:
• The Sponsor’s determination of winners is final and binding

Users agree not to post content that:
• Violates laws or hunting regulations
• Is abusive, defamatory, or threatening
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Constitutes spam or deceptive advertising
Uncle Mike’s Dream Hunt reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts.
12. User Content License

If a payment platform, social media platform, financial institution, or regulatory authority requires changes to promotions or raffle structures, Uncle Mike’s Dream Hunt reserves the right to:

• Pause promotions
• Cancel promotions
• Issue alternative prize fulfillment
Participants acknowledge that payment platform policies may affect promotion availability.
