1. Eligibility:

Raffles are open to all members of Uncle Mike’s Dream Hunt Community who are 18 years or older and legally permitted to participate in such promotions.
To be eligible for any big raffle giveaways (such as hunting trips or end-of-year big-ticket items like bows and pew pews), participants must maintain an active $10 monthly membership for a minimum of 10 consecutive months.

2. Entry and Participation:

Each $10 monthly membership automatically includes 1 raffle entry per month for regular monthly raffles.
Members may purchase additional entries through upsell packages to increase their chances of winning.
Members who do not maintain a continuous 10-month membership will not qualify for the big-ticket raffle giveaways but will remain eligible for monthly raffles.

3. Raffle Draws:

Regular monthly raffles will occur at the end of each month, and winners will be chosen at random.
The big-ticket raffles, including hunting trips and year-end prizes, will be held annually, with winners announced at the designated event or via email.

4. Maintaining Membership:

To qualify for big-ticket items, members must have 10 consecutive months of active membership.
If a member cancels or interrupts their membership before 10 months, they will forfeit eligibility for big raffle giveaways.

5. Prizes:

Prizes are as described in the raffle announcement and are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Winners of the big-ticket raffles will be notified via email with instructions to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Refunds and Cancellations:

Raffle entries and monthly membership payments are non-refundable.
Members who cancel their membership early will forfeit eligibility for big-ticket raffles.

7. Liability:

Uncle Mike’s Dream Hunt is not responsible for any technical errors, delays, or issues that may prevent entry submissions or winner notifications.
By entering, participants agree to release Uncle Mike’s Dream Hunt and its affiliates from liability related to participation or prize redemption.

8. Amendments:

Uncle Mike’s Dream Hunt reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time to ensure the integrity of the raffle. Any changes will be communicated to members.
